A Brief History Of Our Company

Before Custom Concepts Construction Company even carried a name, the current proprietor was always involved in some type of construction, whether it be in remodeling, refinishing, making of furniture and gym equipment, or working for other general contractors while in college.

Upon graduating in June, 1977, Gary M. Heeb taught at the Junior High, High School and Adult Education levels of Industrial Arts Education in Machine Shop, Welding, Woodworking, Drafting and Design. He also carried a second job during the academic school year and throughout the summer months in construction. Hence, the beginning of a very small construction business.

Custom Concepts Construction Company started in June, 1979 under the name of Custom Construction. It was registered with the Secretary of State of Ohio in April, 1981 under its current name. It is a member of the following affiliations:
