Fee Schedule

There is no charge for a Guesstimate, Contract Price or Consultation if the client signs a Construction Contract with Custom Concepts Construction Company. However, the following fee schedule is applicable and an itemized invoice will be sent within 60 days of the initial contact for those parties who decline to enter a contractual agreement.

"Guesstimate"
A Ball Park figure for those clients just trying to get an idea if a new custom home is within their budget.

"Contract Price"
A down-to-the-penny price to take to the bank, which is refundable if the client signs a Construction Contract. It usually takes at least 20 hours of time to figure an estimate price, depending on the complexity of the home.

"Consultation Fee"
The General Contractor supplementary spending time with clients on their lot, scheduled home office appointments, "drop-in" home office visits, telephone conferences that are requesting the Builder's expertise on construction or related home building products, design services and or meetings with the designer.

The cost of your plans will be paid directly to the Designer by the Client.
