Custom Concepts Construction Company agrees to provide consultation to assist you in the design of your new home. Several meetings will need to take place with you, the Owners, The Architectural Designer and myself, the Builder. Many topics will be discussed, such as: Site, Floor Plans, Exterior Elevations, and consideration for energy efficiency.

It is Custom Concepts Construction Company's intent to have a house designed to meet your personal needs and budget. Hopefully, through the design process, your ideas will evolve into working drawings and eventually, into your custom home. However, upon signing a contract with Custom Concepts Construction Company to build your home, this service will be provided FREE OF CHARGE. After this first meeting, the fee for this design/consultation service will be charged at an hourly rate. The client will pay the cost of the plans directly to the Designer.
